On Wednesday "Secrets of Successful Intranets"

Trying to cover a lot of ground, what's working and what isn't. Particularly, how there are a lot of distractions, but it doesn't have to be so painful to work around them and get to good results quickly

On Thursday "Demystifying Good Governance"

Governance, seems a lot scarier than it is. It's just a lot to think about, if you've never done it before. Having a methodology to cover the essentials, from Information Architecture, to Channel & Content Strategy, makes it quick and easy. Just make sure you involve your stakeholders, to make sure the rules work for them as well.
