It was great having the chance to connect and trade real world experiences. This led to some really interesting discussions and honest exchanges that enriched our collective understanding of the needs and expectations different organizations are having to tackle. With an attendee list that directly influences the employee experience over a 1/4 million and a product that reaches over 2 1/2 million, this was a perfect crowd embedded at the core of #modernwork.
This wasn't just another marketing event, but a proper opportunity to connect with peers and learn from their experiences. The idea was to create a space for honest and meaningful conversations amongst colleagues in and around the #modernworkplace, while promoting an exchange of successes, challenges and best practices.
